College life can be overwhelming—but you don't have to figure it all out on your own! At drop-in sessions with our Peer Well-being Navigators, you can connect with fellow students who are here to help you answer questions, get support, learn about resources, or just chat! May 12th to June 16th, drop-ins are welcome from Mondays 10am - 12pm. *Starting June 16th to August 1st, the Student Services Building will undergo renovations and this service will transition from in-person and virtual support to only virtual sessions. Safer Sex Supplies & The Pleasure Pack Delivery Service | Shift to drop-in basis, service stoppage during renovations |
We believe that all students (and individuals!) should have easy access to barrier methods, as well as sexual and reproductive health information, so they can make informed choices in their relationships. The Pleasure Pack Deliver SErvices (PPDS) offers safer sex supplies including condoms, oral dams, pregnancy tests, and emergency contraception as part of a larger campus commitment to health and wellness. This program will experience a stoppage from mid-June to August 1st while the Student Services building undergoes construction to replace the HVAC system. Please review the following dates to see how supply access will be impacted during this time:

What is Wellness Coaching?
Coaching can be a beneficial part of every individuals life. Wellness coaches are here to help you achieve success in each dimension of wellness. A typical wellness coaching session looks like:
- Your coach facilitates a conversation to understand the reason you are interested in coaching, what you are interested in achieving, and the obstacles that are keeping you from reaching that goal.
- Initial sessions will include creating a plan to achieve your goal.
- Any follow up sessions will be focused on providing support and accountability for the goal(s) you are working on.
- Coaching sessions are always tailored to the needs of the individual, your session may include additional components based on your needs.
Note: Coaches do not provide therapy, assess nutritional needs, plan specific menus, assign exercise programs, evaluate lab results, make medical or mental health diagnoses, or prescribe treatment; our coaches will refer clients to professionals in those areas when needed.
Coaching Services
The Center for Campus Wellness hosts two types of free wellness coaching services
Students
What do I need to know?
Wellness coaches are a confidential and free resource for students who can help with any area of wellbeing.
When and how often can I meet with a coach?
Most often, students meet for 50-minute sessions with a coach and meet on a bi-weekly basis.
However, the frequency of sessions is up to you! We offer flexible scheduling meeting either virtually or in-person to fit your needs through weekly, bi-weekly , or monthly sessions.
Where do I book a wellness coaching session?
Students can easily view session availability and book on Medicat. We encourage students to book sessions in advance being mindful of high demand around key term milestones (i.e. semester start/end dates, midterms, application due dates) and holiday recesses.
Staff
CCW's Wellness Coaching offerings are growing!
Several of our staff are newly trained as Wellness Coaches, and to be eligible for our certification exam this fall, we need to each complete 50 practice sessions (20 min each).
We are offering free wellness coaching sessions to our colleagues in Student Affairs through August as our team work toward their board certification requirements!
Staff can schedule one session, or several, depending on your needs
We are hoping to complete these sessions by Sept 1, so that we can apply to take the exam in November. Please note that these do not qualify for WellU credit.
